Referral Program Rules & Eligibility
To ensure fairness and transparency, please review the following guidelines:
- Referred candidates cannot be current or former employees of EdTheory, LLC.
- Candidates already in the EdTheory database may still be eligible if there has been no contact from either party within the six (6) months prior to the referral.
- Referred candidates must be placed in an assignment by EdTheory within three (3) months of the referral date to qualify.
- Referral bonuses for full-time or direct-hire placements will be issued 60 days after they start
- Referrers agree not to recruit referred candidates while they are on assignment with EdTheory.
- In the event of any dispute, EdTheory reserves the right to make the final determination.
