meet EdTheory
EdTheory LLC was born from firsthand experience in the classroom and therapy room.
Founded in 2018 by a licensed Physical Therapist with more than 15 years in Special Education and Related Services staffing, EdTheory began with a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves access to exceptional care, and every school deserves trusted partners who understand the realities on the ground.
Since our inception, we have delivered 1.6 million service hours and positively impacted the lives of more than 60,000 students with special needs. Today, we partner with more than 200 school districts across California and the Pacific Northwest, providing access to highly qualified therapists and special educators.

We are committed to empowering the next generation
EdTheory goes beyond staffing. We actively collaborate with educational institutions through community outreach, job fairs, and internship programs, investing in the development of future allied health professionals. By mentoring emerging talent and supporting schools today, we’re helping build a stronger system for tomorrow.
We don’t just fill positions—we build relationships, elevate care, and advocate for children who need it most, both in the U.S. and in India.
