EdTheory LLC was born from firsthand experience in the classroom and therapy room.
Founded in 2018 by a licensed Physical Therapist with more than 12 years in Special Education and Related Services staffing, EdTheory began with a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves access to exceptional care, and every school deserves trusted partners who understand the realities on the ground.
Since our inception, we have delivered 1.3 million service hours and positively impacted the lives of over 60,000 students with special needs. Currently, we contract therapists and special educators in over 300 school districts across the Pacific Northwest

EdTheory goes beyond staffing. We actively collaborate with educational institutions through community outreach, job fairs, and internship programs, investing in the development of future allied health professionals. By mentoring emerging talent and supporting schools today, we’re helping build a stronger system for tomorrow.
We don’t just fill positions—we build relationships, elevate care, and advocate for children who need it most both in the US and India.
