EdTheory LLC was born from firsthand experience in the classroom and therapy room. Founded in 2018 by a licensed Physical Therapist with more than 12 years in Special Education and Related Services staffing, EdTheory began with a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves access to exceptional care, and every school deserves trusted partners who understand the realities on the ground.
Headquartered in Pleasanton, California, we are a Non-Public Agency (NPA) dedicated to strengthening school communities through high-quality therapy and special education staffing. What started as a practitioner-led vision has grown into a regional partner serving more than 300 school districts across the Pacific Northwest and abroad.
