Community engagement and volunteering opportunities are cornerstones of EdTheory’s philosophy. We partner with low-income school districts, organize drives to distribute books and toys, and link clinicians from the U.S. with marginalized groups in India
Project
HOPE
Project HOPE, our first CSR program, was initiated in 2018 in partnership with an India-based NGO Tejas Asia. The project entailed establishing a school and community programs for special needs children in Tughlakabad, New Delhi. A special curriculum designed by the California Department of Education was introduced in the school on tablets. Teachers and team members were provided with training to further support the community. The aim was to increase equitable access to educational materials, therapy resources and technologies for special needs children from low-income families
